Moving to west side of the country, Our first stop will be at Chame River, where the passage of water on a section of sedimentary rock have produced small canyons by erosion, leaving behind large vertical walls spread over several hundred meters. Dare to jump from heights higher than 8 meters or just enjoy the natural pool areas where children and those who have not mastered swimming can have fun and enjoy themselves peacefully.
Before returning back to your hotel, be prepared to relax yourself and catch a breathtaking view of the sunset at a gray sand, not crowded beach, where you can cool off, rent a board, or buy local Panamanian food.
